Pauk provides features for creating, editing, and studying flashcards. Features may be improved, modified, or discontinued over time.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only use the service in compliance with applicable law. In particular, unlawful use or interference with service operations is prohibited.

5. AI Features

AI features are optional. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace user review.

6. Availability

Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security measures, or technical issues may lead to interruptions.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability for minor negligence is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights to software, brands, text, and design remain with the respective rights holder. Any use beyond intended use requires prior permission.

10. Governing Law and Venue

Swiss law applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
